Guidelines on the use of the Asian Institute of Management - World Bank - Knowledge for Development Center:


The AIM-WB-KDC is a public information center that is open every Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 12 midnight and every Saturday, 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.

San Beda College guests (faculty, staff, students) should register in the logbook and must leave their ID upon registration.

A maximum of three guests from San Beda College is allowed per day.

All Knowledge Development Center materials are for room use only and should not be taken out of the premises of the center.

All photocopying needs should be coursed through the operator.

Information may be downloaded from computer terminals provided the diskette to be used for downloading is checked first by the staff for security purposes. Printing of information from the computer terminals is charged P 10 per page.

Computer terminals are available for research-related searches, except for the following: sending and reading e-mail, downloading of executable files (programs or copying programs for KDC computers), printing out personal documents, use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and the use of unformatted disks.

Everyone is highly encouraged to make maximum use of the premiums of the partnership with AIM.

All electronic materials (video, CDs) can be viewed within the center only.
