Law professors and law practitioners complete all academic requirements at the Graduate School of Law. However, those who take the Pre-Judicature Program of the Philippine Judicial Academy and pass the Written Comprehensive Examination are credited with fifteen (15) academic units. Under Section 10 of \R.A. 8557 they also become eligible for nomination by the Judicial and Bar Council to judicial positions.
The Graduate School of Law is an accredited M.C.L.E. provider. Therefore all lawyers who complete the Ll.M. program also complete the MCLE requirements for one compliance period.
