Selection and Acquisition Policies  
1. As a matter of standards and policy, the library does not provide textbooks. The library provides supplemental reading materials that      would enhance and enrich the concepts provided in the textbooks.
2. Faculty members may recommend books/periodicals/e-books/e-journals for acquisition/subscription. Recommendation form must be      filled up by the faculty and duly noted by Area Chair. Acquisition/subscription of books/periodicals/e-books/e-journals shall be reviewed      based on the selection policy of the library as well as availability of funds.
3. Reading materials that are being required for reading by the whole class should be coordinated with the respective sections. These           reading materials must be distinguished from the textbooks. Said books shall be placed in the reserve and room use section.
   
Circulation Policies  
1. A permanent faculty member with valid identification card may borrow a maximum of ten (10) books while a part-time faculty may borrow a     maximum of five (5) books.
2. General circulation books may be borrowed for a period of one (1) month and may be renewed only once. Reserve books are the reading     materials assigned by faculty members as required reading in their subject. They may be borrowed for overnight use. Reference     materials are not allowed to be taken out of the library. Ditto with periodicals such as newspapers, journals, magazines and information     file materials such as clippings and pamphlet file.
3. Special collection which include the Bedañana and Asian Development Bank publications must be read within the designated area only.     Bedan Publications may be borrowed for overnight use.
4. Theses/Dissertations are not allowed to be taken out of the library nor to be photocopied. They must be read within the designated area     only.
5. Philippine Reports, Commonwealth Acts, Vital Legal Documents and other legal reference materials are for library use only.
6. Missale Romanum, Sacramentarium and other liturgical reference sources are to be read within the library only.
7. All materials in the library are the property of the College, they must be handled with care. Library materials that have been damaged shall     be replaced.
   
Clearance Procedures  
1. Clearance must be secured from the library under the following circumstances
                  a. During semestral break
                  b. Application for exit clearance
2. All accounts in the library must be settled before a clearance will be issued.
3. In cases of lost or damaged book, a faculty member has to replace the book with the same title and edition. If replacement is not     possible, the amount of book and processing fee must be paid. As part of Accounting office procedures, check payment for lost or     damaged books during application for exit clearance is not applicable/acceptable.
   
E-library Policies  
1. The library is wi-fi capable. In order to avail of the Internet connection, the faculty must register their laptop at the Bedanet.
2. The library has subscribed to electronic resources. The Faculty Section has designated computers with Internet connection.
3. The E-library has a local area network or Philippine Laws and cases from 1901 to date which may be accessed at the desktop of the     computers.
4. Altering or modifying any of the systems configuration such as installation of software or computer games is not allowed.
   
Responsibility of Library Patrons  
Personal belongings should not be left unattended. The library is not responsible for any loses.
   
Referral letters  
Faculty members may request for referral letters to use other libraries, provided materials in the College Library have been consulted. Request shall be made two (2) days prior to the intended date of research. The name of faculty, institution to be visited and the topic of research should be submitted to the respective sections.
