The ADMISSIONS CENTER is pleased to announce the results of the incoming freshmen entrance examination for admission to the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS).Admission to the CAS is on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please refer to the SBC-SAT Number that you were asked to remember and you have copied in your Test Permit.
For students who PASSED
Please complete the requirements listed below and submit to the Admissions Center during your scheduled interview. Arrange your schedule of interview with the Office of the College Guidance Services/ 2nd floor, St. Anselms Bldg., Tel nos.: 7356011-15 Ext. 5118/ 7365312
For students who are WAIT LISTED
Your Wait-Listed score indicates that your application and credentials will be given further review depending on the availability of slots in the College of Arts and Sciences. Should you be interested to continue as a Wait Listed applicant, please complete and submit admission requirements listed below for re-evaluation of your credentials. As soon as you complete these requirements, arrange your schedule of interview with the interview with the Office of the College Guidance Services (2nd floor, St. Anselm’s Bldg., Tel Nos. 735-6011 loc. 5118/7365312).
Schedule of interview is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. Those with complete credentials will be given priority.
For Applicants who FAILED
If your examinee number does not appear in the list of the test result, it means that you failed to make it. You may claim your copy of the exam result at the Admissions Center by presenting your Registration Form.

- Certified True Copy of Grades or photocopy of the Transcript of Records of the College last attended
- Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal
- Affidavit of Waiver (if you are to start as first year)
- Two (2) completed recommendation forms
- Two (2) certified photocopies of birth certificate
- Certification of good moral character from the school last attended
- Subject Description or Course Catalogue
- Drug Test Results
- Other requirements as deemed necessary by the CAS Board of Admission
