NOTE:
1. A mimeographed special permit is for a specific date only. Get permit before 5:00p.m. You may authorize a classmate in writing to get it for you.
2. Use a fountain pen with black or blue-black ink.
3. Do not attempt to take an examination without a permit & school I.D.
4. Do not tear off page of your booklet. Just cross out the words you want to change. Write legibly.
Do not expect any credit for answers w/c cannot be deciphered.
5. Minus 20% for talking or communicating with another examinee, for reading somebody's paper or showing an answer. Minus 10% for being very near with another examinee.
6. 0% for possession of a paper related to the exam. EXPULSION for exchanging notebooks, using notes, or opening a book.
7. All books, notes, notebooks & other papers should be on the landing pad of the whiteboard.
8. Don't forget to sign the Attendance Sheet after submitting your booklet.
9. Comply with your promises to submit lacking credentials to apply for your C.E.L. Without you C.E.L. your eligibility remains doubtful.
10. Only IRREGULAR students with conflicting exam schedules who have registered with the Dean's Office at least two (2) days before the scheduled exams will be allowed to take the advance examination.
