The ADMISSIONS CENTER is pleased to announce the results of the incoming freshmen entrance examination for admission to the College of Nursing (CON).Admission to the CON is on a first-come-first-served basis.
For students who PASSED
Please complete the requirements below before coming for the scheduled interview
For students who are WAIT LISTED
Your Wait-Listed score indicates that your application and credentials will be given further review depending on the availability of slots in the College of Nursing. Should you be interested to continue as a Wait Listed applicant, please complete and submit admission requirements listed below for re-evaluation of your credentials. As soon as you complete these requirements, please come on the scheduled interview.
For Applicants who FAILED
If your examinee number does not appear in the list of the test result, it means that you failed to make it. You may claim your copy of the exam result at the Admissions Center by presenting your Registration Form.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
TRANSFEREE
- Duly accomplished application form with attached I.D. photo
- Certified True Copy of Grades or photocopy of the Transcript of Records of the College last attended
- Two (2) completed recommendation forms
- Two (2) certified photocopies of birth certificate
- Certification of good moral character from the school last attended
- Other requirements as deemed necessary by the CON Board of Admission
FRESHMAN
- Duly accomplished application form with attached I.D. photo
- Photocopy of latest 4th year Report Card/final Report Card
- Two (2) completed recommendation forms
- Two (2) certified photocopies of birth certificate
- Certification of good moral character
- Other requirements as deemed necessary by the CON Board of Admissions
