
Unit Libraries and Sections
CAS Library (Gregorio Concon Library) (2nd floor, St. Maur’s Building)
This unit library provides resources and services primarily to the College of Arts and Sciences. It has its own circulation, reserve section, reading area, reader’s advisory section, faculty section. Materials that highlight Benedictine identity such as Benedictine spirituality corner, Bedañana and Bedan Publications are available in this library.
Information Commons (2nd floor, St. Maur’s Building)
Reference sources such as encyclopedias, dictionaries, almanac, yearbook and other print references are available in this section. It is enriched with electronic resources such as online encyclopedia, e-books, database of e-journals and CD-Rom on Philippine laws and cases.
Periodical Section(2nd floor St. Maur’s Building)
This section provides newspapers in print, microfilm and online, loose and bound issues of journals and magazines as well as vertical files of newspaper clippings and pamphlets.
Law Library (Dean Feliciano Jover Memorial Library, 3rd floor St. Maur’s Building)
This unit library primarily serves the College of Law and the Graduate School of Law and the Bar Review. The circulation and reserve sections contain the books for the subjects in the law and graduate school curricula as well as materials for the Bar Review. Its information commons section comprises the reference sources for Philippine laws and cases in print and supplemented though online format. Legal periodicals in loose and bound formats are made available in this unit library. A separate faculty section is provided.
Graduate School Library(3rd floor, St. Maur’s Building)
The academic departments being served by this unit library are the Graduate School of Business, Graduate School of Liturgy and the Graduate School of Law. It has its own circulation, reserve and periodicals collection. Rare collections dating back in the 1500s are available in this unit library.
Acquisition and Technical Processing Offices
(3rd floor, St. Maur’s Building)
These are the offices that are in-charge of acquiring and processing the books for the entire academic department. The Technical Processing Office (TPO) is likewise in-charge of processing the books of the Abbey of Our Lady of Montserrat Library.
Health Sciences Library(2nd floor, St. Anselm’s Building)
This unit library primarily serves the College of Nursing and College of Medicine. The reference, circulation and reserve books are limited to the said fields. Periodicals such as journals and magazines are available in print and are supplemented by electronic resources.
