The SBC Guidance Services

The CAS Guidance Program aims to assist students to be able to know themselves better, develop effective study habits, deal constructively with their feelings build healthy relationships and make appropriate decisions.

COUNSELING

Students going through a lot of stress and difficulties are encouraged to verbalize their experiences with their respective counselor who will understand and help them explore such experiences.  Routine interview, individual or in groups, is done once a year as an entry point for counseling.  Students may bring out their concerns and issues through the mailbox placed near the office.  They can reach their counselor through e-mail as well.
