Accountancy
The Bachelor of Science in Accountancy program provides students with an adequate technical knowledge in financial and managerial accounting, taxation, financial statements analysis, financial and operational auditing, management advisory services, operations research, information systems development and assurance, financial reporting, corporate tax planning, and cost analysis and control. The program prepares students for careers in public and private accounting, or related fields, such as banking and consulting. It also provides excellent preparation for graduate programs in accounting, business and law. With the completion of the program, a student will have the professional competence of a candidate for the CPA licensure examination.

Economics and Public Policy
The Bachelor of Science in Economics and Public Policy program is an economics-centered, multidisciplinary program, designed to equip students with knowledge, research and professional skills to elaborate and evaluate public policies in a wide range of contexts. The program focuses on the economic analytical and quantitative tools to design and evaluate public policies, with core courses in microeconomics, macroeconomics, economic policies, econometrics and international economics. Likewise, it provides the necessary multidisciplinary approaches to deal with public policy problems with core courses in governance, law, management and political sciences.
Environmental Science
The BS Environmental Science Program covers a broad scale of environmental concerns. It seeks to study interactions between the environment and human society using the tools of Science in an interdisciplinary way. It also recognizes the critical role of human society in the environment; hence it lays the groundwork for the effective management of the environment.
Entrepreneurship
The Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship prepares the students to become entrepreneurs with the triple bottomline in mind, creating wealth not only for oneself but for society. In this program, students are trained to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and to start and manage micro to medium-sized enterprises. Students will be required to present a business plan that they will also implement on their last year in the program.
Human Biology
The Bachelor of Science in Human Biology is a program of choice for aspiring undergraduate students in field of Science and Health. It prepares, develops and trains students to become independent and analytical thinkers with a continuing desire to learn and use their knowledge in, premedical course, to become biological-clinical researchers, pharmaceutical industry specialist, health care managers and other health and science related experts. Financial Management
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management program focuses on understanding the complex world of finance by marrying theory with practice in the different core areas of financial management: accounting, economics, management and corporate finance.
The program is designed to give students various perspectives on financial decision making and analysis; local and global corporate finance; investment management and its concomitant risks; the various financial intermediaries and a host of other areas in finance education with emphasis on the application of the various theoretical models. The program hones the skill base necessary to prepare students to a rewarding career in the various fields of finance by developing their analytical abilities, technical skills in accounting and finance, oral and written communication skills and research. Graduates of the program enter careers in financial services as well as traditional domestic and multinational corporations. Positons available include: controller, credit analyst, finance analyst, financial planner, loan officer, securities analyst, stockbroker or treasure.
The program likewise prepares its graduates to take certification programs in Finance such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examination.
Human Resource Development Management
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Human Resource Development Management prepares students for a career in the field of Human Resource Management and Development. Covering all the human resource (HR) functions, the program instills in students the value of and skills necessary in recruiting, selecting, motivating, training, developing, and maintaining people in an organization. Information and Communications Technology
The Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology program is designed to provide students with the technical knowledge, critical understanding and competencies in developing, using, and managing tools for exchanging information in the business context. It provides students with the technical knowledge and competencies on logic formulation and algorithm analysis skills vital to computer programming and the design of modern computer operating systems, database management systems software, computer graphics and multi-media systems, data communications, network installation and administration and wireless applications, computer system organization, website development, social networking and e-commerce technologies.
Operations Management
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Operations Management (OM) prepares the students to lead and manage manufacturing and service-oriented businesses. This program introduces the concepts, tools, and techniques in designing, planning for, and managing manufacturing and service operations. The program also introduces the students to the different aspects of business, with emphasis on discussing the relationships between these functions and operations management, and aligning OM strategies, programs, and policies with the organization’s overall vision and strategy. The new BSBA major in Marketing Management program of San Beda is geared towards preparing our students to become “Responsible Global Business Collaborators” equipping them in the three major areas of skill in the marketing profession, mainly to become: good sales negotiators; creative thinkers, proficient and well-grounded in research.
