Welcome to the San Beda University - College of Medicine! 

San Beda University is a Catholic educational institution that is deeply committed to serving the Church, the Philippine society, and the world. Guided by this institutional vision and mission, the College of Medicine is dedicated to producing medical practitioners who are competent and compassionate professionals that embody the qualities of a Bedan Physician. These qualities, which include compassion, integrity, and service, are deeply ingrained in the curriculum and in the teaching and learning activities. 

The College of Medicine offers a place of learning with a unique platform that aims to form students into dynamic and innovative physicians. As they move and progress through the four years of medical education, they are equipped to assume various roles – as leaders of the health team, as clinicians and researchers, and as educators and mobilizers. In keeping with the Benedictine hallmarks of community, hospitality, and stewardship, the College of Medicine strives to foster collaboration between the students and the school. This partnership will extend beyond the confines of the campus, offering a wealth of unique opportunities for continuing professional development through our partner training institutions. These opportunities are the pathways to a future filled with possibilities and success. 

The curriculum is designed to ensure that our graduates are ready to practice Primary Health Care and Universal Health Care. They are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to meet the demands of the evolving healthcare landscape that will make comprehensive health care accessible to all. Through a holistic and inclusive approach to medical education, our Bedan Physician graduates are well-prepared to contribute to nation-building and improve the health outcomes of the communities they will serve.
